A open vented mixer tap (often called an open-vented mixer) is specially designed to work with under-sink unpressurized or open-vented hot water cylinders (commonly found in Europe and older or specific Australian setups). Unlike standard taps, they allow expanding water to drip safely from the spout rather than building up dangerous pressure that could burst the hot water tank.

Do I need a plumber to install a water chiller?
Most under-sink chillers need a cold water connection and a power point in the cupboard. We can install it for you, or supply the unit for your own plumber.
How often should filters be replaced?
Usually every 6–12 months, depending on your water use and quality. We stock quick-change replacement cartridges for the systems we sell.
Can I use my existing kitchen tap?
Most systems use a dedicated filter tap or a 4-in-1 mixer. Many taps come in several finishes, so you can choose one that suits your kitchen.
Do you service commercial sites?
Yes. We supply and service wall-mounted boilers, urns and commercial chillers for offices, schools and hospitality venues.
